Experience an unforgettable evening of Turkish culture, music, and dance in one of Cappadocia’s atmospheric cave restaurants. The Turkish Night Show is designed not only to entertain, but also to introduce you to the rich traditions, costumes, and rhythms of Anatolia—all in a lively, immersive setting.
We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Göreme or nearby towns at 8:00 PM in winter and 8:30 PM in summer, and take you to the venue where the night comes alive.
The evening begins with a short, symbolic Whirling Dervishes performance, giving a glimpse into the spiritual Sufi tradition. (For the full, religious ceremony, we recommend attending the Whirling Dervishes at Sarihan Caravanserai.)
Next, enjoy live folk music and a colorful series of traditional dances from various regions of Turkey. One of the highlights is a reenactment of a traditional Turkish wedding. Watch as the groom tries to win the bride’s heart with humor, charm, and heartfelt gestures—ending in a joyous group dance where everyone is invited to join the celebration.
As the night progresses, more regional dances follow, including the captivating Caucasian knife dance, fire dance, and energetic drum performances. And of course, the show wouldn’t be complete without a dazzling performance by a belly dancer, who may even invite guests to try a few moves themselves—much to everyone’s amusement!
The event ends around 11:30 PM, after which we’ll drive you back to your hotel for a well-earned rest.
